KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop social media content plans that align with the company’s brand identity.
Create and publish consistent, engaging content across all social media platforms, including writing, editing posts, enhancing audience engagement, and promoting campaigns.
Manage a high volume of daily social media posts.
Communicate with social media followers, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Represent Female Daily at relevant editorial events.
Utilize analytical tools to track and assess the company’s social media performance.
Prepare monthly reports on social media content efforts.
Provide recommendations for optimizing the social media strategy based on performance insights.
Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in social media.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior internship or professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is a plus.
Experience managing social media content, communities, or campaigns, particularly within the beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and / or digital content industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, TikTok & Threads.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong communication skills & stakeholder management.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, proactive, and up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.
