JOB DESCRIPTION:

Own day-to-day management of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand content.
Plan and execute content calendars that align with product launches, campaigns, promos, and beauty trends.
Collaborate with content creators, community members, and internal teams to source or co-create content.
Monitor performance, optimize content based on data insights, and deliver regular reports with actionable takeaways.
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep Female Daily Studio culturally relevant.
Assist in shaping the social voice and visual tone of the brand across different platforms.
Support cross-functional campaigns from ideation to execution — from viral videos to beauty haul series.
Replying & engaging with comments and inquiries from followers.

KUALIFIKASI:

1–3 years experience in social media, knowledge in beauty industry will be preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work with creators, brand, and commerce teams.
Passion for beauty, community, and digital storytelling.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging short-form content trends.
Creative & trend-savvy.
Data-driven thinker.
Curious & adaptive.
