KUALIFIKASI:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other relevant fields
- Experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, and corporate culture
- Up-to-date with trends and proficient in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build strong relationships across teams and departments
- Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about people and organizational culture
- Willing to work CENGKARENG BUSINESS CITY, WEST JAKARTA
TANGGUNG JAWAB:
- Design and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s attractiveness as an employer of choice
- Manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create engaging campaigns targeting potential candidates
- Create and manage content related to company culture, employee testimonials, and office life
- Actively participate in the employee recruitment process
