JOB DESC:
- Manage and grow our affiliate network across key platforms (Shopee Affiliate)
- Coordinate and execute Flash Sale campaigns in marketplaces, specifically designed for affiliate partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates.
- Handle sample requests and ensure delivery time.
- Create regular performance reports and insights related to affiliate activities
- Track and analyze affiliate performance to optimize campaigns and ROI
- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align promotional strategies

KUALIFIKASI:
- Have 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Understand affiliate systems in major marketplaces (Shopee)
- Are experienced in handling Flash Sales or major promotional events on e-commerce platforms
- Are analytical, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with tight deadlines
- Love building relationships and have strong communication skills
